BIOGRAPHY
Steve Smith is a Los Angeles based singer/songwriter. Steve, a shameless listener to thousands of hours of great music, grew up in Iowa, influenced by The Beatles, Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers, Fleetwood Mac and the legendary Judy Garland. Following several years of living and traveling throughout the Midwest and Hawaii, Steve put down roots in LA to pursue his musical career. While honing his writing and performing skills, Steve worked as a popular "sight seeing counselor" for Grave Line Tours, the tour company that "spirited" tourists to the celebrated Hollywood death and scandal locations of the rich and famous.
Steve continues to work with Grammy-award nominated musician/producer, Larry Treadwell. Their shared musical interests and artistic alchemy is evident in the release of his three CDs: the self-titled debut, Steve Smith, 10050 and Dreamer.
